​I am a hands-on leader who thrives on bringing the best out in people. Having commenced my recruitment career in 2002, I spent most of my career recruiting senior finance executives into the commercial industry and leading large teams across multiple disciplines.

As the Director of Ambition Victoria and a key member of the executive leadership team, I have the responsibility for the leadership and growth of the Ambition and AccountAbility team in Victoria which cover technology, accounting & finance, and banking & financial services.

Even after over twenty years in the industry, I love recruitment and am proud of the long term relationships I have built with candidates and clients. I have a consultative approach and pride myself on doing what I say I will do. I am also the national Account Director, focusing on building strong relationships and ensuring best practice with our key accounts.
